{"id":562,"date":"2018-01-15T14:51:37","date_gmt":"2018-01-15T20:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicometricas.dev.narrative.studio\/outsourcing-en-la-cultura-laboral\/"},"modified":"2018-01-15T14:51:37","modified_gmt":"2018-01-15T20:51:37","slug":"outsourcing-en-la-cultura-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psicometricas.com\/blog\/outsourcing-en-la-cultura-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"El outsourcing en la cultura laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos en las empresas\u00a0 ha sido una tarea fundamental de los modelos administrativos.\u00a0 En las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas; han aparecido diferentes factores como la globalizaci\u00f3n; la competencia econ\u00f3mica etc. Estos factores\u00a0 han llevado a las empresas a buscar estrategias para obtener la flexibilidad dentro de sus procesos industriales o de servicios que les permitan seguir vigentes dentro del mercado global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Outsourcing es\u00a0una palabra anglosajona compuesta, \u201c<em>out<\/em>\u201d fuera y \u201c<em>source<\/em>\u201d fuente; por lo que traducir\u00eda \u201cde fuente externa\u201d y aunque se le suele llamar tambi\u00e9n subcontratacion; jur\u00eddicamente son t\u00e9rminos distintos ya que esta \u00faltima palabra en el derecho civil es utilizada para describir cuando un contrato depende de otro; el outsourcing en cambio \u00fanicamente se refiere al contrato con el cual se prestan uno o varios servicios; incluyendo la disponibilidad de trabajadores<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Or\u00edgenes del outsourcing<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de la segunda guerra mundial; las empresas trataron de concentrar en s\u00ed mismas la mayor cantidad posible de actividades, para no tener que depender de los proveedores. Sin embargo; esta estrategia que en principio resultara efectiva, fue haci\u00e9ndose obsoleta con el desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda. Ya que los departamentos de una empresa pod\u00edan mantenerse tan actualizados y competitivos como lo hac\u00edan las agencias independientes especializadas en un \u00e1rea, adem\u00e1s, su capacidad de servicio para acompa\u00f1ar la estrategia de crecimiento era insuficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concepto de Outsourcing comienza a ganar credibilidad al inicio de la d\u00e9cada de los 70\u2019s enfocado, sobre todo, a las \u00e1reas de informaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en las empresas. Las primeras empresas en implementar modelos de Outsourcing fueron gigantes como EDS, Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse y otros. El Outsourcing es un t\u00e9rmino creado en 1980 para describir la creciente tendencia de grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas que estaban transfiriendo sus sistemas de informaci\u00f3n a proveedores.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tipos de Outsourcing<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen muchas\u00a0 clasificaciones sobre el outsourcing,\u00a0la mayor\u00eda\u00a0 tienen que ver con el giro al cual se dedique la empresa proveedora del servicio;\u00a0sin embargo es posible establecer diversos tipos\u00a0 de acuerdo al nivel de integraci\u00f3n\u00a0en la que la empresa desea mantener los servicios del proveedor.<em>(Ganga Contreras &amp; Toro Reinoso, 2008)<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Outsourcing b\u00e1sico<\/strong>: donde el contrato es realizado a favor del suministro de materiales de elaboraci\u00f3n, compra de servicios b\u00e1sicos y el uso de consultores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outsourcing estructural<\/strong>: Es aquel donde el proveedor tiene relaci\u00f3n con actividades operativas y administrativas; la apertura y dependencia al proveedor es mayor pues forma parte de la estructura de la empresa contratante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outsourcing de valor agregado<\/strong>: relacionado con la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, procesos de mejora continua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ventajas<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Empresa que contrata un servicio de terceros\u00a0 se beneficia de una relaci\u00f3n de Outsourcing ya que logra en t\u00e9rminos generales; una mejor funci\u00f3n a la que ten\u00eda internamente con costos Inferiores en la mayor\u00eda de los casos; en virtud de la econom\u00eda de escala que obtienen las compa\u00f1\u00edas contratadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estos casos la empresa se preocupa exclusivamente por definir la funcionalidad de las diferentes \u00e1reas de su organizaci\u00f3n; dejando que la empresa de Outsourcing se ocupe de decisiones de tipo tecnol\u00f3gico; manejo de proyecto, Implementaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Se pueden mencionar los siguientes beneficios o ventajas del proceso de Outsourcing:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los costos de manufactura declinan y la inversi\u00f3n en planta y equipo se reduce.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permite a la empresa responder con rapidez a los cambios del entorno.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayuda a construir un valor compartido.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incrementa el compromiso hacia un tipo espec\u00edfico de tecnolog\u00eda; que permite mejorar el tiempo de entrega y la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n para las decisiones cr\u00edticas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permite a la empresa poseer lo mejor de la tecnolog\u00eda; sin la necesidad de entrenar personal de la organizaci\u00f3n para manejarla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permite disponer de servicios de informaci\u00f3n en forma r\u00e1pida considerando las presiones competitivas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aplicaci\u00f3n de talento y los recursos de la organizaci\u00f3n a las \u00e1reas claves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos en las empresas\u00a0 ha sido una tarea fundamental de los modelos administrativos.\u00a0 En las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas; han aparecido diferentes factores como la globalizaci\u00f3n; la competencia econ\u00f3mica etc. Estos factores\u00a0 han llevado a las empresas a buscar estrategias para obtener la flexibilidad dentro de sus procesos industriales o de servicios que [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":569,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-562","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-consejos"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>El outsourcing en la cultura laboral<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"El outsourcing en la cultura laboral ha sido una tarea fundamental de los modelos administrativos.
