Tu cerebro debe entender, sin ning\u00fan tipo de ambig\u00fcedad, que es lo que quieres conseguir.<br>Imag\u00ednate que te marcas como objetivo \u201cvivir de tu proyecto de emprendimiento\u201d (qu\u00e9 bueno \u00bfverdad?). Este objetivo, tal y como est\u00e1 formulado, es poco espec\u00edfico. Estar\u00eda mejor que detallamos par\u00e1metros como: \u00bfCu\u00e1nto quieres de ganar?\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas horas quieres trabajar? etc.. Hacerlo te ayudar\u00e1, una vez formulado, a concretar mejor tu plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M&nbsp;de&nbsp;medible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo objetivo debe ser perfectamente medible. Deber\u00e1s marcar los par\u00e1metros necesarios para saber que est\u00e1n yendo por el buen camino y que definitivamente, cuando as\u00ed sea, lo has conseguido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A&nbsp;de&nbsp;alcanzable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de acometer el objetivo deber\u00e1s buscar evidencias que te hagan pensar que es totalmente alcanzable. Si crees que no lo puedes conseguir es posible que no lo consigas, es lo que llamamos profec\u00eda autocumplida. En la medida que no creas en tus posibilidades, generar\u00e1n un estado emocional poco favorable. Adem\u00e1s, tus acciones a nivel inconsciente te boicotean para no conseguirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R&nbsp;de&nbsp;realista.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que sea alcanzable es una cosa y otra cosa bien distinta es que sea realista. Es importante que midas tus fuerzas, que seas consciente de los recursos de los que dispones y los recursos que necesitar\u00e1s para la consecuci\u00f3n del objetivo. Es importante que tomes consciencia real si esos recursos que necesitas est\u00e1n en tu mano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T&nbsp;de&nbsp;temporizado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo debe de estar puesto en el tiempo<strong>,<\/strong> todo aquello que no agendes, jam\u00e1s lo har\u00e1s \u00bfLo sabes verdad? Adem\u00e1s es bueno que te marques hitos temporales a lo largo del objetivo. Es decir, si el objetivo es a un a\u00f1o, no estar\u00eda dem\u00e1s que cada mes fueras viendo la progresi\u00f3n del mismo y marcar acciones correctoras si los resultados en estos hitos no son los deseados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y todo esto, para qu\u00e9 nos sirve?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este m\u00e9todo te ayudar\u00e1 a tener una buena formulaci\u00f3n de objetivos para poder cumplirlos sin obst\u00e1culos. Recuerda que estos mismos deben de ser positivos, dividirlos en subobjetivos para que sean aceptables, espec\u00edficos y alcanzables as\u00ed como realistas para lograrlos en el menor tiempo
